The highlights of Leuven

Discover the historic highlights of Leuven with a 4.8 km walk. Did the walk leave you longing for more of Leuven? Extend your walk with a 4.3 km stroll around the vibrant Vaartkom area. Or add a round trip of 5.8 km to your walk for a visit to Park Abbey.

Marvel at the enchanting white cottages of the Small Beguinage in the Vaartkom area. Next, catch your breath at the trendy Sluispark or at the Vaartkom. Conclude your walk at De Hoorn, where the very first glass of Stella beer was brewed in 1926.

Leave behind the hustle and bustle of the city as you walk through the centuries-old gate into the phenomenal natural setting of Park Abbey. Highly recommended if you wish to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
