Leuven Convention Bureau is a cooperation of KU Leuven and the City of Leuven. Their aim is to promote Leuven as a prime destination for conferences and meetings. You can contact the Leuven Convention Bureau for free, objective advice when organising an international conference or meeting.
Leuven Convention Bureau:
- helps find a suitable convention and/or meeting location
- studies the feasibility of your conference in Leuven
- provides support during the associations’ bidding procedure
