Not your standard museum day

At M Leuven classical masterpieces from Leuven’s treasury meet today’s art. The museum itself is a design by top architect Stéphane Beel. The whole of the St Peter’s Church is one magnificent work of art that comes to life before your eyes through a hololens.

Fancy something completely different and quite bizarre? Step into the university’s Museum of Zoology. You will find animal species there that students have been using during their studies since 1850. Stuffed and extinct species, and a whale skeleton on the ceiling. An evening of culture? Check out Het Depot, STUK or 30CC. There is always something on, that you’ll want to see.
