Innovative brewing in traditional surroundings

Beer is brewed on the abbey site again since 2019. In the guest quarter of Park Abbey, an abbey brewery was installed on the ground floor, exactly where it stood hundreds of years ago.

The monks use centuries-old recipes to brew some artisanal beers. In keeping with traditional craftsmanship, they source the ingredients for the beer from the immediate vicinity of the abbey. They also work together with Brasserie De Abdijmolen, to grind the malt.
